  • Our work with couples and families considers our primal need for attachment and explores the conflict that can happen when we consider our simultaneous need for authenticity and individual identity

  • Utilize Gottman Methodology to understand healthy versus maladaptive patterns of communication

Guided Immersion Experiences in Vermont

  • Immersion experiences are designed for families, individuals, couples, and groups to step back from the trappings of the world and intentionally reconnect with self and others in a safe, experiential way.

  • Nature based, recreation activities are individualized and tailored to the needs and abilities of clients. Biking, hiking, skiing, and water sports all give us access to awesome places in nature and in ourselves.

  • Short term, solution focused needs assessment and customized intervention

  • Learn to effectively design a plan for balance, wellness, and healthy, connected relationships that can be carried forward after the completion of your experience

  • Focus on health and wellness routines

  • Sessions are in person in Vermont and typically run 2-5 days based on individualized planning and needs
